Workshop - Soil Primer with Stef

Come join Stef in an open discussion and learning workshop where we will talk about the basics of improving your soil, specifically targeting Hamilton's Ward 3! We will look at topics like geographical history, soil texture, macronutrients, choosing fertilizers and composts, passive & low impact tips taken from regenerative agriculture, mulching & using living ground covers to change how you garden for the better! All experience levels are welcome, but a note that we focus on making a complicated topic uncomplicated, as part of our commitment to accessibility when it comes to education. Please feel free to come whether you have been gardening for a while or if this is your first time - there's always something to learn from each other!
